From first message to arrival

How GradGate works

A clear, staged process with the documents you need at each step, so you always know what happens next.

How an application actually moves

Four steps. You are told before each one.

Nothing is submitted, and no payment is made on your behalf, without telling you first. Tap a step to see what happens inside it.

Send your transcript, your passport page and your target programme. Within five working days you get a straight verdict: whether you are admissible, what funding outcome is realistic, and what the whole first year will cost. If our assessment finds you are not admissible, we say so plainly and you owe nothing further. We would rather lose you in week one than bill you for six months.

$150 · credited in full if you proceed within 30 days

A named advisor picks the scheme worth chasing and builds the file: personal statement and study plan editing, a document audit against the university's actual checklist, supervisor identification and outreach for Master's and PhD candidates. A weak record can very often be worked with. A false one cannot, and we will not file it — a single forged transcript can end our relationship with a university for good, and with it the prospects of every student we send there after you.

No new fees at this stage

We file the application, correctly and on time, and then we chase it: follow-up with the university until the committee produces an answer, with progress reported to you as it happens. Consultation by email, WeChat or scheduled call is uncapped for the life of the engagement. If we miss the agreed deadline for a reason within our control, the submission instalment comes back in full.

Submission instalment due here, less your $150 credit

The success instalment is charged only when the award or the admission letter is confirmed in writing. Then the practical part: guidance through the medical, police and notarisation steps, the visa application, a pre-departure briefing, and, if you want it, a driver holding a sign at the airport for a fixed $60. If the confirmation is later withdrawn by the university for a reason not attributable to you, that instalment comes back in full.

Success instalment · only on written confirmation

Schedule 3 · gather these

Your document checklist

Fourteen items make a complete file for most programmes. Tick them off as you gather them. Two of them expire, so obtain those last, not first.

This list lives on this page only; it clears when you leave. Your advisor keeps the authoritative copy against the university's own checklist, and audits every item before anything is filed.
