Charged by the application platform, the university, clinics, notaries and the embassy. We pass them through with no markup and tell you before any non-refundable payment is made. Most agencies leave this box off the page; that is how a student quoted $300 ends up paying nearly $900 before a university has replied.

Conversions at 1 USD = 6.77 CNY, the mid-market rate on 17 July 2026. Our fees are fixed in dollars; the platform's are fixed in yuan. Whichever currency you display, the other is an approximation that moves with the market.

Refunds, plainly stated

The same table appears in the agreement you sign. Nothing on this page is marketing that the contract quietly takes back.

Item	Where you stand
Assessment fee · $150	Not refunded: the assessment is delivered before the question of proceeding arises. Credited in full against your service fee if you proceed within 30 days.
Submission instalment	Refunded in full if we fail to submit by the agreed deadline for a reason within our control. Not refunded once the application is in, because the work is then complete.
Success instalment	Never charged unless the offer or award is confirmed in writing. If a confirmation is later withdrawn by the university for a reason not attributable to you, it is refunded in full.
Platform & third-party costs	Governed by the platform, the university or the provider. The platform application fee is non-refundable once paid. You are told before any non-refundable payment is made.
If you cancel	Cancel any time by written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable; nothing further is charged.
If we cancel	If we end the engagement by our own choice and through no fault of yours, every fee you have paid comes back except the assessment. If we end it because a document was not genuine, no refund is due.
